You may close your gempak88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bets placed prior to account closure will be settled in accordance with normal rules. Remaining balances after settlement will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation.
